What this tool does with your input

The Unicode Styled Social Formatter transforms plain text into Unicode-styled variations for posts, captions, comments, profile text, and headlines on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

All text transformations run locally in your browser. Any text you paste or type into the input field is converted to its Unicode-styled equivalent on your own device. The site does not create user accounts, and the browser interface does not transmit your draft content to a server.

Technical data

For security, abuse prevention, and basic operation, limited technical data may be processed, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request metadata.

Where possible, this data is minimized and used only for operating, securing, and improving the service.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your preferred theme (light or dark) and interface language (EN or NL). These values stay on your device and are not sent to any server.

This site does not use tracking cookies. If non-essential cookies are introduced in the future, visitors from the European Economic Area will be asked for consent in accordance with GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

Third-party services

This site may rely on third-party services for hosting, abuse prevention, and integrations:

• Netlify — hosting for the static site and optional serverless API endpoints.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 — anti-abuse signal that may run on page load to help detect automated traffic. When active, this service may process limited data (IP address, browser interactions, cookies) under Google's privacy policy.

If you use the optional /api/format or /mcp endpoints from an external client, the text you submit is processed by the Netlify Function only to generate the requested output and is not persisted.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the privacy practices of those websites.

Children

The Unicode Styled Social Formatter is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
